We’re partnering with a large scale, blue collar centric organisation - to find a seasoned People Lead to step into a high-profile, 12-month fixed-term role. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders to lead change, lift capability, and navigate complex people challenges in a highly visible environment. The Opportunity Working across five groups within the various high-volume, blue collar portfolios, you’ll focus on an area requiring uplift in capability and leadership engagement. You’ll provide expert advice and hands-on support in performance management, conduct and behaviour matters, and transformation processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and influence change in a challenging environment, building trust and driving accountability. Partner with leaders to address conduct, behavioural, and performance issues with confidence and clarity. Conduct investigations and provide pragmatic, risk-aware solutions. Review and improve processes, with a focus on transformation and sustainable outcomes. Coach and support leaders, particularly in areas where resistance to change exists. About You You’re a highly capable and experienced Senior Business Partner or People Lead with a strong background in change and transformation. You’re commercially astute, resilient under pressure, and able to influence senior leaders in complex operational environments. Your ability to quickly assess situations, manage sensitive issues, and deliver measurable improvements will set you apart.
